Working terms
What a first order usually looks like
- Minimum order
- Typically 300–500 pieces per style and colour; smaller for sampling programmes.
- Samples
- Counter samples in about 2–3 weeks.
- Production
- Roughly 30–60 days after sample approval, by volume and fabric.
- Shipping
- FOB South India ports; CIF and door delivery by arrangement.
- Payment
- Agreed per order; letter of credit and advance-plus-balance both common.
- Communication
- English, day to day, over email and WhatsApp.
